The Payroll Operations function ensures accurate and timely payroll processing through managing employee time reporting data, payroll calculations, compensation payments, payroll accounting, and reconciliation in compliance with Tax and Labor Law, in close collaboration with HR, Finance, Treasury, and Technical Support teams.

IF YOU ARE

Strong in working with payroll processing and payroll-related controls for over 3 yearsHolding a Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or economicsKnowledgeable in tax and labor lawFamiliar with basic accounting principles and IFRSAccurate with employee time reports, absences, bonuses, deductions, and business trip expensesComfortable working with corporate ERP, payroll, and accounting systemsConfident in basic Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPointDetail-oriented, focused on routine tasks, and attentive to accuracyAble to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll informationA collaborative team player with good analytical skills and readiness to learnExperienced in handling sensitive payroll information (nice to have)

Ensure accurate and timely receipt and processing of payroll input dataProcess payroll runs and perform regular payroll checks and controlsInvestigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and processing errorsPartner with HR to resolve employee payroll issues and inquiriesPrepare SWIFT bank files to initiate compensation payments on timeEnsure correct posting and reconciliation of payroll-related expenses in corporate finance and accounting systemsPrepare monthly payroll reconciliations and make corrections when neededCreate monthly forecasts of total compensation amounts for treasury planningParticipate in payroll process improvement sessionsProvide requirements for proper payroll system setupTest corporate payroll systems after enhancements or changesCommunicate effectively with employees regarding payroll-related requests
