Payroll Officer
Location: 2 Cavendish Square, London
Monday – Friday, 0900 - 1700
This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of 2 days in the office/ week
Salary: £28,500 per annum + excellent benefits
We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Officer to join our Payroll team within our Corporate head offices. Within this role, you will ensure that both weekly and monthly payrolls are completed accurately and within published timeframes. You will produce reports as and when required using standard reporting tools and download to excel.

What you’ll do:
Managing queries from managers, employees, former employees, other departmentsProvide advice, guidance and support to HR department regarding SSP, SMP, NI and tax etc.Producing payroll letters/correspondenceEnsuring both the weekly and monthly payrolls are completed accurately and to deadlineProcessing startersProcessing leaversCreating maternity/paternity schedulesEnsuring SMP/SSP/SPP etc payments are correct and producing SSP1/SMP1 forms when neededManually entering data if not automatedAdminister court orders/third party deductionsReconciling dataAdheres to payroll policies and procedure and complies with relevant lawsFollows the general data protection regulationsKnowledge of pension auto enrolment rulesProduction and distribution of reports where neededSupporting the pension advisor with processing and queries when needed.What you’ll bring:
