Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Utilize various recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to attract talent.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Create and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Sharkscode in the job market.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies and increase hiring efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to assess candidates' qualifications through interviews and assessments.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
