Role Highlights:
We’re looking for a Junior Talent Sourcer / Recruiter to help identify and engage exceptional technical talent. You will support sourcing, outreach, and interview coordination while learning to operate in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
This role is ideal for someone ambitious, detail-oriented, and motivated by performance and impact.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for highly selective technical roles (quant research, software engineering, trading operations, infrastructure) to support current and future hiring needs.
- Proactively source, identify, research, and engage active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, Djinni, job boards, referrals, and niche communities (quant, code/dev, competitive programming), leveraging creative sourcing strategies (Boolean search, social networks, community channels).
- Identify and shortlist relevant profiles based on experience, achievements, tech stack, and location.
- Conduct initial screening, including resume evaluation against role requirements.
- Run outreach campaigns and manage candidate engagement, including personalized messaging, follow-ups, screening requests, and pipeline nurturing.
- Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to support the full recruitment cycle, including interview coordination, scheduling, and calendar management.
- Maintain and update the ATS, ensure accurate daily candidate status tracking, and support overall pipeline hygiene.
- Support market and talent research (hiring trends, layoffs, competitors, new sourcing channels).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment, talent sourcing, or recruitment coordination in a fast-paced environment (software, fintech, gamedev or similar).
- Experience sourcing/recruiting in the US market.
- Proactive sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Proficiency with modern recruiting tools (including LLM-based tools).
- Experience with ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, proactively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with high-quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
- Ownership mindset.
- Interest in the trading domain will be a plus.
