Bank operations:Prepare payments in SAP and client-bank systemsProcess bank statementsHandle foreign currency payments and oversee currency control proceduresSupplier settlements:Record acts of completed work and tax invoices in SAPPerform account reconciliationsCalculate and account for expenses under insurance contractsPrepare and submit VAT declarationsRegister and archive contracts and tender documentationPrepare and submit statistical reportsTest and support the rollout of new SAP projectsParticipate in internal and external audits, as well as tax inspectionsPrepare corporate reports for management as requiredSupport the Chief Accountant in preparing and submitting quarterly and annual financial reportsHigher education in economics or finance (final-year students are also welcome to apply)Minimum of 1 year of accounting experienceEnglish language proficiency at Intermediate level or aboveProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)Experience with SAP is a plusStrong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindsetTravel 0-10%
