— 3+ years of experience in a QA position
— 1+ year of experience in a QA lead position, or a similar position with QA team management
— Experience in organizing and coordinating the testing process
— Experience with JIRA/Confluence
— Experience in creating and maintaining project and test documentation
— Deep understanding and experience with client-server architecture
— Experience with Web/UI/UX/cross-browser/platform testing
— Good knowledge of testing theory and test design techniques
— Intermediate English level and higher.

— Conduct in-depth testing of websites, custom admin panels, WordPress sites, and SEO features to ensure high quality across all platforms
— Lead the QA team with proven experience, developing team skills and managing regression testing proactively.
Documentation & Process
— Independeспілкуватись create testing checklists, documentation, and quality plans tailored to project needs
— Act as the main QA contact for Project Managers and communicate with clients on testing requirements and progress as needed
— Perform testing directly to maintain a hands-on understanding of project needs and quality standards.
