Requirements

Hard skills

• Experienced as Tech Lead (set up processes, code quality flow, etc);
• Experienced managing requirements from client (ideally as BA or PM activities);
• 6+ years of working experience using Node.js;
• Proficiency in Vue.js;
• Strong experience with MongoDB;
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS);
• Experience with testing and understanding code coverage;
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools;
• At least an Upper-intermediate level of English.

Soft skills

• Highly proactive and leadership skills;
• Can easily work with estimations;
• Have a clear and client-oriented approach to communicating and building expectations with stakeholders.

It would be a plus:

• ICAgile, PMI, Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance (or any other) certifications.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Communication with the client about requirements (gathering, clarification, resolving blockers);
•  Lead development of the web application with search functionality;
•  Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding them in implementing best practices and ensuring optimal performance;
•  Direct communication with the development team and customers;
•  Taking participation in sprint planning and task evaluation;
•  Set up engineering best practices, e.g. conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality;
•  Build and keep best engineering attitude and positive technical atmosphere for the team.
