Required Skills and Experience

- Від 6+ місяців досвіду роботи на позиції SDR з каналом UpWork

- Письмова англійська на рівні В1 для комунікації з міжнародними клієнтами

- Практичний досвід роботи з UpWork (пошук і відбір проєктів, підготовка proposals, follow-ups)

- Вміння користуватись автоматизацією для ефективної лідогенерації

- Досвід виведення лідів на дзвінки з сейлз менеджерами

- Розуміння воронки продажів і процесу кваліфікації лідів

- Досвід роботи з AI інструментами в професійному ключі

Would be a plus

- Базові знання cloud-технологій та DevOps-підходів — для кращого розуміння потреб клієнтів

Responsibilities

- Генерація релевантних лідів через UpWork за заданими критеріями
- Робота з інструментами автоматичної лідогенерації
- Кваліфікація потенційних клієнтів за BANT та відповідністю ICP
- Комунікація з клієнтами, створення та надсилання бідів за допомогою AI
- Співпраця з Sales Managers для просування лідів по воронці продажів
- Ведення актуальної інформації про лідів у CRM
- Робота з базовими запереченнями
- Проведення follow-ups з лідами до моменту організації дзвінка
