We extend our team of Pre-Sales Engagements and Proposal Development, who are responsible for the full proposal lifecycle, bringing in all necessary stakeholders (Sales, CSLs' org, Delivery, CoE, Finance, Legal) to help drive the creation of the proposal for the first call, as well as updating the proposal throughout the life of the sales cycle.
IF YOU ARE
Experienced with 5 years, preferably in project managementSkilled with 3+ years in pre-sales, sales, or a related role within the IT industrySuccessful in supporting the acquisition of new logos and expanding existing accountsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systemsKnowledgeable in pre-sales methodologies and best practicesCapable of managing moderately complex sales cycles and client relationshipsWell-versed in the IT industry and current trendsConfident in communicating in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skillsAND YOU WANT TO
Manage the full proposal lifecycle, together with all necessary stakeholders (Sales, CSLs' org, Delivery, CoE, Finance, Legal)Develop pre-sales engagement plans aligning with sales objectives and account strategies, supporting new logo acquisition and account expansionCreate tailored proposals, RFx responses, and presentations that clearly articulate SoftServe’s value proposition and competitive differentiationRecommend appropriate delivery and pricing models in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and profitable growthOversee internal sales processes for assigned accounts, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational goalsWork with teams to identify recurring business challenges across industries and assist in documenting how SoftServe’s offerings address themCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, enablement, etc.) to develop and maintain reusable materialsTOGETHER WE WILL
