We are looking for an active, motivated and result-oriented young specialist to join our Business Development Team to execute the lead generation process. You will be responsible for outbound strategy creation and execution, communication with potential leads, work with sales objections and lead nurturing process.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to define the Ideal Customer Profile for Upwork, identify our value proposition and create service offerings; Build, maintain, and continuously optimize Upwork profiles according to platform algorithm updates; Actively generate and submit tailored bids, perform A/B testing to improve conversion rates continuously; Manage direct communication with leads on Upwork, responding to inquiries, handling objections, building interest in our services, and booking calls; Use lead generation and monitoring tools such as GigRadar to identify new opportunities, track market activity, and optimize outreach efforts; Manage data for prospects within CRM, ensuring all communication is logged, information is accurate and documents are attached; Track and report on key performance indicators to assess bid effectiveness and monitor our placement in Upwork’s organic search results.Required skills:
2+ years of work experience in Lead Generation or Sales Development Representative position with strong knowledge of the IT outsourcing industry; Experience of working with the Upwork channel with a proven track record; Solid understanding of Upwork’s algorithms, keyword strategies, organic profile optimization, and effective bid creation; Knowledge of GigRadar and ability to use it effectively for lead generation and tracking; Excellent research skills to match client needs with company expertise and identify opportunities; Understanding of software development lifecycle and IT outsourcing business needs; Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple conversations in parallel; Systematic and accurate in work and attention to detail; Strong desire to learn new things and keep up with the latest industry trends; Level of English: Upper Intermediate (B2).We offer:
