The Job

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM Specialist to manage, organize, and optimize our client relationship management system. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, streamline lead tracking, and support seamless integration with marketing and scheduling tools. This role is key to maintaining efficient communication, organized pipelines, and consistent follow-ups across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Setup & Management

• Organize and maintain client and lead data within the CRM
• Ensure accurate lead tracking, tagging, and status updates
• Manage and automate follow-up sequences and reminders
• Integrate the CRM with marketing, scheduling, and communication tools (e.g., email platforms, Calendly, etc.)
• Maintain clean data and regularly audit for duplicates or errors

Lead Management

• Capture and qualify incoming leads from multiple sources
• Update and manage sales pipelines and monitor lead progress
• Ensure all appointments, notes, and follow-ups are properly logged
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead flow and conversion tracking

The Profile

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CRM Specialist, CRM Administrator, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or other major CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
• Strong understanding of lead pipelines, automation workflows, and CRM reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to troubleshoot integrations and improve CRM efficiency
• Experience in digital marketing or working with marketing teams is an advantage
