We are currently looking for a Lead Generation & Research Specialist to strengthen our marketing department. This role combines research, analytics, and the use of cutting-edge AI tools to ensure our events attract highly relevant participants.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyze internal data sources, including past participant databases, speaker lists, and client requests.

· Define target audiences based on job titles, industries, and company profiles.

· Utilize AI platforms and automation tools to identify and qualify new leads.

· Build, structure, and maintain accurate lead databases for targeted email campaigns.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation with event objectives.

· Continuously improve lead quality and explore innovative approaches to research and automation.

Requirements

· Strong research and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.

· Ability to identify patterns and translate them into actionable insights.

· Proactive, self-driven, and open to continuous learning.

· Technical mindset with curiosity for AI, IT, and digital solutions.

· Previous experience in lead generation, data research, or marketing operations is an advantage.

· Familiarity with AI tools, CRM, or automation systems is a plus.

· Good command of English (both written and spoken).
