You’ll be responsible for: Coordinating requirements between business stakeholders, technical experts, and the client’s internal Creatio team; Defining and maintaining the project roadmap and delivery plan; Managing the balance between no-code customization and custom development where platform limitations arise; Ensuring transparent communication, timely delivery, and consistent quality throughout the implementation process.

Requirements: 3+ years of IT project management experience, ideally in an outsourcing or system integration environment; Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall); Proven experience leading complex system implementation projects (ERP, CRM, or enterprise-grade software); Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.; Strong communication, negotiation, and documentation skills; Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders; English proficiency at B1+ (strong intermediate) level or higher.
Would Be a Plus: Experience with Creatio, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms; Background in business analysis or process automation projects; Personal Qualities: Curious, analytical mindset and desire to learn new tools and methodologies; Strong sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes; Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust within a distributed team; Values transparency, reliability, and proactive communication.
We Offer: Full-time, long-term cooperation with a friendly and professional team; Remote or hybrid work options with flexible hours; Competitive compensation based on your skills and experience; 18 days of paid vacation and 5 paid sick days; Opportunities for career growth and professional development; Free English classes, regular performance reviews, and access to internal knowledge-sharing programs.
