PROCESS LEAD
The Process Lead is expected to develop both the line team’s technical understanding and the mastery of process control to improve and optimize the production process in terms of efficiency, ergonomics, safety and quality using IWS methodology in the assigned work cell.

As the Process Lead you will:
Cell Daily OperationOwnership of line systems, including centerline (CL), changeover (CO), and change management (CM) daily management systems (DMSs).Encouraged to develop the operating teams’ technical understanding and proficiency in process control.Analytically minded and able to interpret and analyze data.Entry level position or advancement opportunity for high performing associates.Cell ImprovementProblem solving on the line, including taking on the role of the line expert in initial problem solving (IPS) and unified problem solving (UPS) standard work processes (SWPs).Data analysis, including using the line’s data analytics tools, equipment data systems, and the Run-to-Target (RTT) Accelerator’s suite of reliability data tools.DeliveryBe the backup for problem resolution to ensure the packer machine keeps delivering the volume on time.Support machine operation.OtherLead various tasks and projects as they arise and upon the manager’s request.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree diploma or equivalent recommended (preferably Statistics or Engineering). At least 5 years of professional experience in Process Engineering or relevant area.Experienced on:Problem solving on line and data analysisLean manufacturing and QC 7 toolsStrong Chinese language communication skills, both written and verbalEnglish language for effective verbal and written communication is preferedComputer skills (MS Office)Demonstrated abilities in influencing people, guide, coach and develop others through on-shop-floor interactionIdentify trends of production data with the usage of statistics and related tools to keep improving safety, quality and productivityAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentAre you ready to join us?
