Process Expert Manager
What this role is about?
The BTS Finance Operations Process Expert Manager acts as a service provider working under Team lead to implement approved application changes or support the delivery of assigned project activities.
He/she is the point of contact with Power users of assigned specific project areas or changes, and coordinates with other IT teams required activities to secure achieving needs.
He/she also provides expertise in his/her application/process specialization to support the daily operations and effective performance of the business solution (application/support maintenance).
What will you do?
Drive the implementation of approved functional Change Requests/initiatives: new system functionality implementation or business process redesignProvide estimation on costs, project resources planning and timelinesManage the functional activities such as blueprinting, design, fit/gap, unit and integration testing, monitor progress of implementationAct as a business consultant to provide expertise both on a business process side and system functionalityWork proactively with the business to enhance/optimize existing business practices and to bring market best practices in designated area. Strive to investigate and bring forward new functionality to the business that delivers added value and better meets the business requirementsProvide knowledge transfer and best practices to power users through training in coordination with the training teamBeing the expert on the assigned areas, coaching and providing help to the process/application analysts in the customization of the associated application modulesWorking together with both power user/business process owner on documenting the processes from a business perspectiveActively collaborate with the project team and the process analyst on documenting the processes from a technical perspectiveWhat are we looking for?
University degree in Computer Science or in equivalent field8+ years of proven strong experience on SAP Finance area, S4, BW, SAC and other Finance applicationsProven experience in business Financial and Planning and Analysis area related IT solutions (SAP)Experience in AI, RPA or Data scienceIn depth expertise of supported applications functionalities, application landscape and related business processesGood knowledge of other pillar/work stream business processes and system functionalitiesProject management skills and full awareness of quality assurance methodology (detailed knowledge of application testing, test procedures and test scenarios)People management abilitiesGood communication and interpersonal skillsCapacity to listen the business, understand their needs and transferring them into concrete solutionsStrong analytical abilitiesFluent English – both written and spokenAre you ready to join us?
