Digital Product Expert Manager
What this role is about?
The Product Expert Manager will lead the development and the integration of the offline touchpoints with DES ecosystem: you will lead market pre-assessment to understand market needs, collect the requirements and follow up effectively with DES Product Managers and external vendors to ensure that all requirements are understood and prioritized accordingly. You will be responsible for designing and leading the development of offline global applications ensuring the right communications and alignment between all the different stakeholders. You will ensure a smooth adoption of the applications and that all the requirements are meeting DoR (Definition of Ready)
What will you do?
User Experience IntegrationSupport cluster-UX/UI-expert in integrating requirements in user experience Product Subject Matter ExpertAct as subject matter expert for business features in respective delivery teamProduct Backlog breakdown & prioritizationDecompose initiatives into delivery tasks. Write, refine, prioritize, and accept user stories; incl. elaboration of requirements for business and technical stakeholdersProduct ValidationEnsure features meet the acceptance criteria and comply with Definition of Done (DoD). Conducts validation sessions with the Product Manager, Business StakeholdersFeature Catalogue MaintenanceSecures end-user / business facing documentation is up to date and ready for its usage in trainings, market sessions, etcWhat are we looking for?
University Degree in Computer or Technical Science or strong IT background, plus additional business education4+ years of Digital IT experience within multinational FMCG companies, acting both as business analyst and product owner. Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum)Solid knowledge of technology used within consumer facing landscape: Adobe Experience, Magento and the surrounding ecosystem Payment Gateways, Age Verification, OMSGood understanding of ERP and CRM systemsWorking experience with JIRA tools, especially, CI/CD domainAbility to Travel to European, USA & CIS marketsUse and management of Adobe Experience Manager, Magento SolutionsApplication Lifecycle management and Quality assurance methodology experienceVendor & Business Relationship managementFluent English (Written and spoken)
