You will conduct regular market and competitive analyses to identify trends at an early stage. You are responsible for requirements management and quality assurance: you collect, analyze and prioritize requirements, translate them into user stories and continuously maintain the product backlog to achieve the greatest possible added value. You establish and drive governance topics in the area of AI & digital innovation by introducing and implementing guidelines and processes for quality assurance, ethical use of AI and data compliance. You motivate and guide the development team by setting clear goals, removing obstacles and ensuring focus on the realization of the product vision. You promote a solution-oriented, agile working style. You act as an interface to internal and external stakeholders, build trust through clear expectation management and resolve conflicts constructively to ensure productive collaboration. You promote innovation through the iterative development of MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) and use continuous feedback to validate and optimize solutions. Requirements A completed Master's degree in computer science, business informatics, economics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification. Several years of experience as a product owner or in a comparable role with a focus on digital solutions or AI products Sound understanding of governance issues such as ethical AI use, data compliance and quality assurance in AI projects Experience in requirements management, prioritizing backlogs and successfully managing agile development teams An agile mindset and the ability to find and promote flexible and innovative solutions. Strong stakeholder management with excellent communication and facilitation skills to harmonize different interests and enable productive collaboration High level of initiative, decisiveness and a solution-oriented mindset, coupled with the ability to clearly communicate the product vision.
