You will also act as a central mediator and translator of requirements between the specialist departments and IT or external service providers. Your tasks include: You record, analyze and prioritize the requirements of the specialist departments. As a mediator, you translate the technical requirements into concepts for internal and / or external service providers and ensure that everyone involved has a common understanding.
