Product Owner* Digital Sensor and AI Systems
FPI Food Processing Innovation GmbH + Co KG is the innovation driver for the global market of poultry processing solutions in the BAADER Group. This is reflected in our mission: We develop highly innovative solutions for poultry processing that make the difference ─ from the initial idea to the presentation to the customer to the realization in series production. Our international teams are closely networked and work in an agile and collegial manner to deliver only the highest quality. At FPI, we offer the time and space to actively shape the working environment and develop good ideas into marketable products together.
Your future tasks will include:
- Managing, prioritizing and implementing requirements from the product backlog and adding new requirements to the backlog with business evaluation and documentation
- Maintaining the product backlogs of various development projects in collaboration with the SCRUM master and the development teams and linking the tasks contained therein with the development teams
- Developing and maintaining the product requirements of stakeholders* and customers*
- Definition and recurring revision of the product vision and product roadmap for BAADER's sensor and AI systems
- Work closely with project and product management to ensure the development of sustainable software systems
- Establishing and further developing the vital PO role in sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Risk and quality management together with project and product management as well as SCRUM Master and the development teams
- Management of product quality and impact using various performance metrics
You have these professional and personal skills:
- Completed university degree, preferably in a technical field or a comparable qualification
- Relevant experience as a Product Manager* or Product Owner* (preferably with CSPO certificate) in the development of software products, preferably in the AI environment or cloud or on-premise area
- Extensive experience in working in agile development environments (Kanban or Scrum) and in leading cross-functional teams with clear goals and performance requirements
- Analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of the technical architecture of ML/data science solutions and state of the art web apps
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Motivation, initiative and commitment
- Independent, reliable and structured way of working and enjoy being part of a successful team
