 IT BTS GBS Process Analyst Manager

Location: St Petersburg

Reporting to IT BTS & Integration director

Position: permanent

POSITION PURPOUSE

The Russia+ IT BTS GBS Process Analyst Manager role is responsible for the service delivery & operational support for the relevant global IT BTS solution(s) in JTI Russia+. 

The role holds good knowledge & expertise in GBS area. 

The position is focused on support and optimization of business processes in JTI Russia & JTI Belarus, also ensuring that the available global BTS solutions continues to run in compliant ways.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Service delivery: responsible to track, influence and maximize the quality of applications for GBS and corporate functions.Work with incidents and change requests related to applications in your area of responsibility.Communication with our vendors, collaboration with IT BTS GBS Process Expert Manager.

YOU AS A PROFESSIONAL:

3+ year working experience of support / implementation of solutions in the area of the role in a global, multicultural outsourced environment. Business experience in the related area a plusProject management experience is preferable.Upper-Intermediate English.Strong analytical skills.
