CELL LEAD (MANUFACTURING)
We are looking for a serious and experienced CELL LEAD located in Morocco, Tetuan, reporting to Production Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As the Cell Lead you will be managing end to end operations cycle within your Cell team (production line). You will be ensuring implementation of Integrated Work System (IWS) practices and discipline within your assigned production lines to achieve factory KPIs with high efficiency and low waste rate.
The key responsibilities will include:
KPI's Responsibility 24-hour, multiple shift accountability for results, assuring adhering to production plan in terms of production orders quantity, timing and brands sequence, in assigned production lines, allocating workforce and getting prompt actions to meet required KPI’s in compliance with JTI Safety, quality and manufacturing standard
Production Process Responsibilities, Close collaboration with Maintenance Lead and maintenance planning team to ensure adhering to maintenance plans and budget, and any kind of major modifications, leading to meet quality standards and to improve production performance.
IWS Daily Management Systems (DMSs) and Daily Direction Setting (DDS) Responsibility Owning Incident Elimination (IE), Clean-Inspect-Lubrication (CIL) and Defect Handling (DH) Daily Management Systems (DMSs), responsible to build team capabilities on DMSs, and proper management for standards.Owning and leading daily, weekly and monthly Direction Setting (DDSs) & following up improvement actions to eliminating losses. Owning Vertical Startup (VSU) Standard Work Process (SWP) to ensure production lines maximum performance after installation.
Talent Management Responsibility, Lead Line Team via understanding and utilizing a ‘Servant Leadership’ mentality during the deployment plan. Responsible for continuous skills assessment and improvement of his/her subordinates and plan with his/her superior for training needs together with assessment of them.
You as Cell Lead are expected to lead their team in order to meet production targets, assigning team tasks and targets to the team members, planning vacation and overtimes of the groups and your subordinates and informing your Line Manager accordingly
EDUCATION
University degree in engineering, knowledge of IWS is a plus.
WORK EXPERIENCE
4-5 years experience in a similar managerial role.
SKILLS
