Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projectsStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologiesProven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirementsAbility to create clear documentation: BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteriaStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teamsExperience with requirement management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence or similar)Excellent communication and facilitation skillsUpper-Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken)Nice to have skills
Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teamsBackground in specific domains (FinTech, Automotive.)Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or BI solutionsUnderstanding of UX/UI principles and experience collaborating with designersExperience with API integrations and basic technical knowledge (REST, JSON, SQL)Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other modeling notationsExperience in pre-sales or discovery phasesResponsibilities:
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholdersCollaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirementsTranslate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteriaMaintain and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and alignment with business goalsFacilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement review sessionsSupport the development team during implementation by clarifying requirements and answering domain-related questionsParticipate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremoniesValidate implemented solutions against requirements and support UAT activitiesIdentify gaps, risks, and dependencies related to requirements and proactively propose improvementsEnsure documentation is clear, up to date, and accessible for all project stakeholdersBenefits
