WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE 1- 2+ years’ experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Hands-on experience hiring and scaling both technical and non-technical teams across Europe Good understanding of TA practices and how they power a FinTech company’s growth Strong headhunting mindset - you know where to find the best people and how to win them over Excellent relationship-builder who collaborates across functions with ease Fast, adaptable, and feedback-driven - you thrive in a scale-up environment Passionate about creating a world-class candidate experience - because you truly love what you do Good command of English and fluent Russian.
