The team you’ll join
Supported by Elodie, the Head of Talent Acquisition, Laureline, our RecOps managing the ATS, and Oana, our first International Recruiter responsible for LinkedIn, you’ll help each studio succeed in hiring the right talent at the right pace. You’ll be part of a collaborative, data-driven team of three that shares knowledge and meets weekly to review KPIs and coordinate support for studios facing recruitment challenges.
Joining the game: step by step
• HR screening (max 30 min – Teams video meeting): Review your background, the role, and answer initial questions
• Full interview with the International Recruiter in the team (1 hour – Teams video meeting): Explore your recruitment experience and approach
• Full interview with the team Manager (1 hour – Teams video meeting): Discuss how you could succeed in the role and whether our working styles align
• Discussion with the local HR Manager and Recruitment Team from Lviv (30 min – ideally on-site): Learn about the studio and discuss practical, local matters.
What you’ll bring to the game
You have experience in full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on LinkedIn sourcing. You communicate clearly in English and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. You’re flexible, well-organized across time zones, and comfortable working with different studio processes and cultures. You stay humble, are open to learning, and know when to ask for help — reflecting the spirit of the team you’ll join.
The skills that matter
• Full-Cycle International Recruiting: Manage roles end-to-end, from kick-off to salary negotiation, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and supporting hiring managers efficiently
• LinkedIn-Focused Sourcing and Pipelining: Find and engage top talent, especially for niche positions
• Time Management & Cross-Cultural Adaptability: Handle shifting priorities across multiple time zones while collaborating effectively with diverse studios
• Stakeholder Management: Work proactively with managers and teams across all studios
• Professional English Proficiency (and Ukrainian)
• Humble, Open to Learn, and Team-Oriented: Able to seek help when needed
Nice to have
• Experience in the gaming industry
• Data-driven recruitment approach
• Structured Interviewing experience
How you’ll grow with us
3 months — Get familiar with at least 2 studios, understand their processes and culture, and celebrate your first hire.
6 months — Build solid recruiting expertise across at least 3 new job families, receive positive feedback from stakeholders, and demonstrate consistent proficiency in our core tools (LinkedIn, SmartRecruiters, Tableau). Expand your knowledge across different roles and strengthen collaboration with other recruiters.
12 months — Be fully comfortable managing roles across all studios and cultures, confidently taking on responsibilities independently with positive feedback.
