& SummaryResponsibilities:
Develop and update job descriptions.
Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings on relevant information platforms.
Search and select candidates using job portals, social media, internal databases, and other sources.
Review resumes and applications for open positions.
Conduct interviews using various effective recruitment techniques and methodologies to select candidates within planned timelines.
Assess candidates’ professional knowledge, skills, interpersonal abilities, experience, and competencies.
Organize and coordinate interviews.
Participate in the onboarding and adaptation process of new employees.
Provide analytical reports on recruitment activities.
Act as a brand ambassador.
Work with internal corporate systems.
Participate in other department projects (optional).
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruitment specialist for at least 2 years.
Experience in a recruitment agency and/or consulting will be an advantage.
Practical experience in implementing various recruitment processes (video interviews, phone screenings, reference checks, etc.).
Ability to organize professional skills assessment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making abilities.
Experience with Workday is a plus.
English language proficiency – intermediate level or higher.
