We are looking for a proactive HR Operations Specialist who’ll take ownership of our onboarding and offboarding processes, ensure smooth internal communication, and organize initiatives that drive engagement and strengthen our company culture. Knowledge of HR processes and terminology; hands-on HR experience (IT or non-IT) or recent completion of professional HR courses (within the last year).
Proficiency in Google Workspace, experience with task managers and willingness to quickly learn other systems
High level of communication, responsibility and organization skills
Multitasking - ability to work with a large number of tasks and effectively prioritize them

English - at least B2 level

Knowledge Polish language
Own and run all onboarding/offboarding processes
Maintain and develop a part of learning system, related to onboarding
Ensure all employee data in internal systems is accurate and up to date
Cover internal communication:
- maintain and update the Employee Handbook.
- prepare and share internal news, monthly digests, and greetings (newcomers, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.).
Organize team buildings and support employee engagement activities
Be responsible for the execution and operational support of internal events (large company gatherings, strategy sessions, all-hands, blood donor days, etc.).
Schedule and facilitate quarterly OKR sessions
Implement initiatives to drive employee engagement and loyalty
Full-time working days, flexible hours and full remote are available.
