We are seeking an experienced Senior Publisher Manager/Supply Operations Manager to join our team.

This role will be crucial in shaping our publisher’s experience using LoopMe’s Supply Side Platform by overseeing supply integrations, optimizing operational workflows, and ensuring efficient troubleshooting efforts. As a senior member of the team, you will drive cross-functional initiatives to improve work flows and utilise your technical expertise to proactively prevent common issues from occurring.

The ideal candidate has a background in ad tech and ad operations, with the ability to combine technical expertise, analytical rigor, and strategic thinking. You will act as a trusted advisor to our partners while also mentoring junior team members and contributing to the long-term growth of the supply operations function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage end-to-end supply operations for a portfolio of publisher partners, from technical integration to ongoing troubleshooting support with regards to their use of our platform.
• Represent Supply Operations in cross-functional projects, helping shape company-wide initiatives around supply growth and monetization.
• Mentor junior team members of the team using your expertise on the supply-side platform and the programmatic ad operations landscape.
• Partner with Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to improve supply-side processes, integrations, and reporting infrastructure.
• Oversee invoicing, reconciliation, and payment cycles, ensuring operational excellence and accuracy at scale.
• Build and maintain documentation, best practices, and playbooks to standardize workflows and scale operations.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in ad tech ad operations, preferably on the supply-side.
• Proven expertise with programmatic advertising, header bidding, SSPs, and ad serving technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced knowledge of Excel/BI tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive operational improvements.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
