Responsibilities
Managing full-cycle recruiting processes of various technical and non-technical positions (searching, pre-screening, interviewing, offering, feedback); Management of the offering and contra-offering process; Sourcing candidates from different channels (passive research, networking, internal databases, employee referrals); Generating pipelines for each position and working with ATS; Work closely with the Management to set up vacancy priorities and develop the new strategy for searching/attracting candidates; Creating job descriptions, vacancy posting; Other related tasks, as requested.Requirements:
3+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment of IT professionals; Expert level of recruitment areas knowledge: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessment, job analysis, compensation, and salary trends; Good understanding of the current IT Market; Strong skills in communication, presentation, negotiation; Upper-Intermediate level of English; Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.We offer
