IF YOU ARE
A specialist with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, operations, project coordination, or any other tech-oriented field (QA, BA, technical writing, etc.)Experienced in setting marketing tools and integrations (CRM, marketing automation, campaign management, data delivery) such as HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, or similarPassionate about process, structure, and optimisation, with an eye for turning complexity into clarityComfortable leading and supporting projects with multiple stakeholders (CRM, Sales Ops, IT, Data Governance, Procurement, etc.)Ready to develop and implement processes for requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and meaningful documentationEnthusiastic about exploring and mastering new tools, both from a user and admin perspectiveA confident English communicator (B2+)Proficient with collaboration/project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar)Adept at building AI agents (as an advantage)And YOU WANT TO
Explore and set up a diverse range of MarTech tools (HubSpot, Outreach, Influ2, and others)Administer and optimise the marketing technology stack — ensuring tools are integrated, compliant, and effectiveDesign, build, and refine marketing automation workflows that improve lead nurturing, segmentation, and conversionEnsure data quality and consistency across CRM, automation, and analytics systemsCreate and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing performance, adoption, and ROILead tool evaluations, implementations, and upgrades, partnering closely with IT and security teamsCollaborate cross-functionally with IT, Security, and Sales Ops to align processes and improve digital maturityTOGETHER WE WILL
