Location: EU/Ukraine
As a System Administrator you will be working with different IT requests across all Auditdata locations - configuration management, access control, security, troubleshooting, and user education, in addition to support desk system management.
Service Desk System tickets management
Technical assistance of users
Diagnostics of incoming tasks
Remote users support
Helpdesk processes improvement
Holding the educational meetings
Updating the documentation
Take part in project planning and design for new IT systems
1-2 years experience on system administrator position or similar
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD, GPO, virtualization (Hyper-V)
Experience with Microsoft365 admin center, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Azure portal
Basic knowledge in networking
B.Sc.+ degree in Computer Science or similar
