Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring smooth operations? We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing the Order-to-Delivery (OTD) process for our valued customers.
YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Own the entire Order-to-Delivery process – from receiving orders to successful delivery at the customer’s warehouse.Investigate and resolve logistics claims in collaboration with customers, transport vendors, and logistics providers.Ensure compliance with shipping conditions and drive corrective actions when needed.Partner with transport vendors to guarantee on-time, accurate deliveries.Take ownership of customer requirements and lead cross-functional teams to find optimal solutions.Support customers during troubleshooting by providing clear instructions and testing solutions.About Us
