Customer Support Specialist (night shift)

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will become a part of our talented team.

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in IT customer serviceStrong client-facing and communication skillsProficiency in English and Ukrainian (both spoken and written)Excellent computer skills, including strong knowledge of Google services - Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skillsCustomer service orientationEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to think strategicallyDesire to grow professionally

Responsibilities:

Ability to work only in night shifts (5 pm - 2 am)Respond to user chats and tickets, prioritizing urgent requests. Manage workflow to ensure efficient coverageCarefully test all the cases users bring up within their requestsDocument issues and highlights from shifts in the shift report. Share notable cases during daily team meetingsMonitor and manage on-hold (or problematic users) tickets daily. Provide updates to users as necessary and document any progress or resolutionsPerform additional tasks distributed among the support team to ensure balanced workloads and effective task management
