YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Own the entire Order-to-Delivery process – from receiving orders to successful delivery at the customer’s warehouse. * Investigate and resolve logistics claims in collaboration with customers, transport vendors, and logistics providers. * Ensure compliance with shipping conditions and drive corrective actions when needed. * Partner with transport vendors to guarantee on-time, accurate deliveries. * Take ownership of customer requirements and lead cross-functional teams to find optimal solutions. * Support customers during troubleshooting by providing clear instructions and testing solutions.
