REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of proven experience as a Project/Program ManagerHands-on experience in Pre-sales and Discovery Phases (mandatory)Solid knowledge and practical skills in Agile Project ManagementAbility to conduct pre-sales activities and communicate effectively with English-speaking clients (Upper-Intermediate English or higher)Strong skills in estimating and justifying efforts in front of different stakeholdersFast learner with excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in multi-tasking, dynamic environmentsWill be a plus
Background in the FMCG industry or integration/solution companiesExperience working on AI-related projectsRESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in Pre-sales and Discovery Phases, supporting client engagement from the first contactConduct pre-sales activities with stakeholders, presenting project approaches and solutionsManage projects of medium and high complexity (team activities, documentation, plans, reports, defining goals, tasks, etc.)Maintain daily communication with business stakeholders and internal departmentsShape and manage business expectationsEnsure project deliverables meet budget, scope, schedule, and quality standards across all SDLC phases: initiation, analysis and design, execution, monitoring and control, and completionDefine milestones and propose solutions to support project growth
