Middle Project Manager

We are looking for a Middle Project Manager, who will become a part of our talented team.

Requirements:

3+ years of related experience in the IT fieldAdvanced level of spoken and written EnglishExperience in managing Web and Mobile applications development projectsExperience working with eCommerce and fixed-price projectsStrong project management skills throughout the SDLCStrong understanding of Agile methodology and its frameworksBusiness analytics experienceStrong presentational skills (Kick-off meetings, Daily Scrum, Project demos, Retrospective meetings)Understanding of server development and client-server architecture, RESTful API, Postman, Git etc.Being familiar with quality assurance processes, QA documentation, specifics of manual and integration testing, test runs etc.Estimation of big and technologically difficult projectsProject risk managementAbility to build and maintain positive working relationships with the members of other internal groupsCapability to establish and manage professional communicationExperience of starting projects from scratch and passing through the Discovery Phase, as a plus

Responsibilities:

Plan, kick-off, coordinate/manage and launch ongoing or new projectsRegularly communicate with the clients via Slack/email/ etc. to discuss the project, participate in negotiations, provide progress updates and manage clients’ expectationsManage multiple IT deliverables while organizing resources, tracking milestones and goals, mitigating risks, initiating all project workflows with team membersCreate and maintain project documentationDevelop project estimates and project plan to manage project executionRun daily standups and other team meetingsMonitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluate progress/quality, manage issue resolutionProvide regular progress updates to the client, run demo meetingsManage client's expectations regarding the project delivery, progress, cost and billing
