We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Project Manager with 5+ years of commercial experience to join our MagicFuse team.
Please note we are only considering candidates from Lviv and Kyiv!
5+ years of experience in project and account management
Proven record of working with corporate clients and large distributed teams
Experience in scaling teams and processes
Strong communication and presentation skills, including at C-level
Ability to align delivery outcomes with client’s strategic business goals
Strong stakeholder mapping, influence, and relationship-building skills
Experience in contract negotiation, budgeting, and commercial management
Team lead experience (mandatory)
English: Upper-Intermediate/Advanced
Technical background (QA)
Experience with Salesforce platform
Full-cycle project management (scope, timelines, stakeholders, releases)
Resource management: planning, monitoring workload, leading cross-functional teams
Ensuring quality delivery and high client satisfaction
Proactively identifying and managing risks and issues
Tracking and monitoring project progress
Maintaining reporting and documentation
Managing conflicts and resolving escalations
Driving long-term cooperation and account growth
You will be working on a large enterprise Salesforce ecosystem with a distributed international team. The project involves enterprise-level system development, scaling, and continuous improvement, providing an opportunity to collaborate with a mature client organization and oversee a big delivery team (Developers, QAs, BAs, Salesforce Admins).
Ongoing product ecosystem with continuous scaling and active development. Modern tech stack, no legacy.
