CEMARK has an exciting opportunity to join the Investment Projects Department at our key projects locations: Kamianets Podilskyi, Mykolaiv, Kyiv & Rivne as a Project Manager, who will ensure the successful planning, preparation and execution of industrial projects; define the project scope, develop budgets and timelines, allocate resources, and mitigate risks to ensure feasibility and alignment with strategic goals; oversee construction, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor budgets, ensure compliance, and maintain quality standards; ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet operational and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with quality standards and client specifications.
• Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and in line with project deadlines.
• Control of permitting process and EIA process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to coordinate project efforts and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on-site.
• Resolve any conflicting priorities and challenges that may arise during project execution.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Participate in project meetings and presentations to communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Control and management of the project's economic goals.
• Identify potential risks to the project and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Communication/supervision with the state representatives in the field of construction for the fastest and smooth implementation of projects.
Requirements:
• Familiar with construction permitting system and legislation.
• Technical/Engineering/Industrial education.
• Knowledge of construction principles and standards.
• Knowledge in Construction Project Management and Project implementation stages including Design and Cost estimation principles.
• Knowledge of Equipment production and performance process.
• Familiar with CX Procurement, Contracting models and International Contracts (FIDIC, etc).
• MS office, MS Project, ACAD products
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial construction and project management.
• Proven track record of managing industrial and complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
• Proficient in project management software and tools; familiarity with scheduling and budgeting tools.
