We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager to join our Product team. In this role, you will manage the QA process for translations of our platform, ensuring quality, consistency, and timeliness across multiple languages. You will coordinate with international schools and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality translation QA through structured project planning and execution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their project management career to gain international experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans for continuous QA of our user interface translations.
• Coordinate with international schools and native speakers across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to review and validate AI-driven translations.
• Ensure project milestones are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality and transparency/
• Serve as the main point of contact between the Product team and participating schools during the QA process.
• Track progress, document outcomes, and communicate updates to the Product Director and other stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and challenges, and proactively propose solutions.
• Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication across teams, time zones, and cultures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. 

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role (junior/associate level).
• Certifications: PMP or PMI certifications are welcome (not required).
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Location: Based in Krakow, Poland, or Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine, with flexibility to coordinate across global time zones.
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with cross-functional international teams.
• Preferred: Understanding of the education sector or SaaS products is a significant plus.
• Languages: No additional language skills required (but always welcomed) – this role is focused on project management and coordination.
