General Management Program (GMP) is a comprehensive educational program aimed at providing fundamental knowledge and skills in management necessary for effective performance in various managerial positions (Senior Resource Manager, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, General Manager).

The program can be beneficial for both beginners and experienced professionals who wish to systematize their knowledge and acquire new skills to enhance their effectiveness in the IT industry.

Requirements

Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.Desire to immerse oneself in a new field and study a large amount of new information.Great soft-skills, logical thinking and a passion for the work.

Desired skills

Management experience, knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.Technical skills (understanding of software development tools and OOP principles, software testing course).Knowledge of a second foreign language (German) will be a significant advantage.

There are 2 stages of training: theoretical and practice-oriented. GMP includes reading professional literature, taking courses, attending lectures, solving case studies, participating in group sessions and negotiation duels. Another important part of the learning process is exchanging experience with colleagues and establishing professional contacts.
