Headcount & Budget Planning Specialist
The Headcount & Budget Planning Specialist supports the Rewards Manager in budgeting and reporting processes for GBS Manila.Key responsibilities include headcount tracking, analyzing salary and fringe costs versus plans, preparing and analyzing budgetary accounting and financial reports (e.g., accruals, headcount), creating presentations, and uploading headcount and cost data into the MPC system. The role also involves building financial models to support Senior Management decision-making and improving templates and reporting processes. Additionally, the Headcount & Budget Planning Specialist is responsible for consolidating and analyzing IA/STA costs and compensation & benefits expenses for budgeting and reporting purposes.

University degree in Finance, Human Resources, or a related business field.Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in budget management within a multinational company. Experience in FP&A or Compensation & Benefits administration is an advantage.Good command of the English Language (both written and spoken). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent MS Office skills (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP is an advantage. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills. Strong time management skills. Effective self-management. Team player with a collaborative mindset. Willingness to continuously learn and develop.
