Mobility Specialist
The Mobility Specialist plays a key role in organizing, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the expatriate services management process. This position ensures full compliance with the company’s global mobility policies, local labor and immigration laws, and internal practices. The incumbent is also responsible for the governance and delivery of Mobility Destination Services for inbound and outbound moves to and from GBS Manila.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Psychology, or related fields.2-3 years of experience in global mobility, expatriate management, or HR operations.Fluent in English and TagalogStrong understanding of labor, immigration, and expatriate compliance in the Philippines and internationally; Experience working with relocation vendors and immigration providers; understanding of employee life cycle processesExcellent organizational and coordination skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-cultural sensitivity. Problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate complex mobility cases. Conflict resolution skills and high level of resilience. Impecable attention to details and diligence with official documentation.
