Job Description The Junior Business Analyst will support the client team in identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and providing actionable insights to drive improvements. This role is key in bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams by gathering and documenting requirements, conducting data analysis, and assisting in the implementation of solutions. The Junior Business Analyst will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven recommendations. Responsibilities: Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders using effective data collection and business analysis techniques. Developing and updating technical documentation, specifications, process diagrams, and other project-related materials. Analyzing current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Supporting the development and implementation of process improvements and system enhancements. Collaborating with stakeholders to align requirements and obtain feedback throughout the project lifecycle. Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and project outcomes. Participating in project planning and coordination activities to ensure timely delivery. Organizing and facilitating meetings and workshops to discuss requirements and ideas. Actively participating in all stages of project implementation, from initial requirements gathering to deployment. Qualifications On-site position in the Pryluky office. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience as a business analyst or in a similar role Knowledge of business analysis principles, project management methodologies and business analysis techniques. Hands-on with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with documentation and modelling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, JIRA). Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills. Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Intermediate speaking English level.
