We are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to join our team. Templify is a high-growth mobile/web ecosystem that helps creators and businesses produce high-quality video content using professional templates.
Responsibilities:
Own the full growth funnel: acquisition → activation → retention → monetizationDefine and execute the growth strategy aligned with company's revenue goalsLead and scale a high-velocity experimentation culture (A/B testing across funnels, onboarding, paywalls, pricing)Optimize subscription monetization (pricing, packaging, trials, paywalls, offers) to maximize ARPU/ARPS and LTVAnalyze product and marketing performance using tools like Amplitude and translate insights into scalable growth initiativesIdentify and unlock new growth channels (paid, organic, partnerships, virality loops)Conduct deep market and competitor analysis (funnels, creatives, pricing strategies)Drive user research to uncover growth opportunities and reduce friction across the user journeyRequirements:
4+ years in Growth / Product / Product Marketing with at least 1 year in a leadership role in a product companyProven experience scaling B2C mobile apps (preferably subscription-based) in the US marketProven track record in scaling UA campaigns specifically within Instagram (Meta Ads Manager)Strong expertise in product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.) and experimentation frameworksHands-on experience with monetization strategies (subscriptions, paywalls, pricing optimization)Deep understanding of mobile growth metrics: LTV, CAC, retention, churn, ARPUData-driven mindset with strong prioritization and decision-making skillsEnglish: Upper-Intermediate or higherWe offer:
