YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a world-class Marketing and Growth Analyst to become part of our Glovo Ukraine team. Are you able to translate data into actionable insights? THE JOURNEY

• Lead local growth marketing analytics projects in complete autonomy, working with the HQ and the cross-functional teams (Loyalty & Promo, Prime, Pricing, Commercial and Q-commerce) for a seamless implementation.
• Be the country point of contact for Pricing, Retention and Loyalty programs as well as Priority Cities growth ad-hoc projects.
• Explore Ukrainian market needs and deliver insightful analysis helping local business to make fast and facts based decisions
• Identify growth opportunities to increase Glovo user base, step change retention rates and maximize business profitability
• Take ownership of the marketing reporting OKRs by creating customized reports and using the available ones
• Actively collaborate with your colleagues (both local and HQ teams) and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Proficiency in business analytics, market research and/or category and user behavior insights delivery
• Strong business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management (from ideation and analysis into market execution).
• Comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
• Comfortable in reporting on established performance growth marketing KPIs (i.e.installs, conversions, retention and churn ratio) and turning insights into actions 
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL is mandatory / Python is a plus) and platforms (i.e. Tableau, Looker Studio, Amplitude).
• High-end expertise with Excel/Google Sheets
• Well-grown communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clearly deliver them to Ukrainian and HQ (Spain) leadership and functional teams
• Proficiency in English is a must for effective daily communication with HQ (Spain)
