Location & commitments: Location: Kyiv, Ukraine Employment type: Full‑time Your IMPACT: Lead the country marketing function and manage the national Marketing (MarCom) budget. Coordinate and animate the full country marketing community, including Offer Marketing, PR, Internal Communications, and MarCom. Deploy and monitor the execution of the country Playbook and marketing strategy. Oversee special price agreement processes and monitor pricing performance (DeltaP), ensuring responsibility for pricing and margin. Contribute to the definition of commercial policy (segmentation, discount structure) and implement BU/Group marketing processes, including pricing, offer launches, and channel development. Drive key marketing initiatives such as Licenses, Standardization, Universities, Digitization, and e‑ Lead the preparation and execution of the Annual Marketing and Sales Plan (AMSP), define KPIs, launch reactivity plans, track performance, and implement corrective actions. Collect, analyze, consolidate, and distribute macroeconomic, competitive, and market data, including annual market reviews. Develop team members through training, coaching, and mentoring, ensuring alignment and collaboration across offer managers, pricing updates, market reviews, and MarCom budget activities. Support company business objectives as a member of the Schneider team, ensuring compliance with internal regulations, policies, and health, safety, and environmental standards. Your Profile: Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a senior management role leading teams and managing budgets. University degree in Engineering. Strong, assertive, and results‑oriented mindset, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Proven leadership capabilities, including setting objectives, planning actions, mentoring teams, and maintaining high ethical standards and transparency. Strong project management skills and customer‑centric approach. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and collaboration skills. High computer literacy (MS Office; AutoCAD is an advantage). Fluent English language skills. Ability to travel within assigned countries; valid driving licence. Strong analytical skills and experience working with data. Solid knowledge of CRM systems, Marketing Automation, Analytics tools, and how SEO, PPC, PR, Content, and Product Marketing integrate into a unified funnel. Financial literacy (budget management, justification of spend, understanding P&L). Adaptability and previous relevant professional experience. What will you get?
