We are looking for a Middle Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. Templify is a high-growth mobile/web ecosystem that helps creators and businesses produce high-quality video content using professional templates.
Responsibilities:
Monetization Strategy: Design and implement optimal monetization schemes to maximize ARPU/ARPSFunnel Optimization: Create and refine user flows from the initial landing page/funnel to the first meaningful interaction within the product (Aha! moment)Hypothesis Generation & Execution: Own the full cycle of growth experiments—from ideation and tasking (designers/developers) to "turnkey" implementationA/B Testing: Run and analyze A/B tests on web funnels to boost subscription conversion ratesMarket Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitors' products and marketing funnels to identify new growth leversData Analytics: Use data to identify conversion drivers and evaluate pricing strategy effectivenessUser Research: Conduct customer interviews to gather qualitative insights and discover unmet user needsCross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Design, Engineering, and Analytics teams to deliver seamless product improvementsRequirements:
Experience: 2+ years in Product Management, Growth, or Product Marketing (B2C/Subscription models preferred)Analytical Mindset: Proficiency with Amplitude (or similar tools); ability to translate raw data into actionable insightsData-Driven Approach: Proven track record of making decisions based on tests and quantitative/qualitative dataCreative Execution: Experience working with designers to build high-converting web flows and marketing assetsExecution Skills: Strong prioritization skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindsetEnglish: Upper-Intermediate or higherWe offer:
