We’re looking for a Head / Lead of Creative Marketing to lead our creative team (ICs and designers) and prepare our creative engine for scaling.
You’ll drive creative output for Kodree, a fast-growing subscription platform helping users gain practical skills via web and mobile apps on iOS & Android, with an 80% practice-focused approach.
Kodree already reaches mainly US and Tier-1 markets, and this role is about building a scalable, high-quality creative engine to fuel further growth. 🚀
Who we’re looking for:
You’re a creative marketing leader with 3+ years of experience driving performance for B2C products and 1+ year of managerial experience
Experienced in hiring, mentoring, building creative teams, and processes in a fast-growing product environment
You’ve shipped and scaled winning creatives — testing, iterating, and improving based on data
You have deep expertise in key marketing metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, Hook Rate, Hold Rate)
You have a sharp understanding of target audiences and turn insights into high-performing creative strategies
Your English level is B2+
You’ll be working on:
Leading and scaling the CMM team
Owning and optimizing the full creative process from idea to launch
Building, improving, and automating creative workflows and internal processes
Developing concepts that drive paid traffic performance and deliver strong KPIs
Collaborating closely with User Acquisition and Product Marketing teams to align strategy and execution
Analyzing performance and identifying opportunities for growth through creative optimization
Spotting trends early and turning them into scalable growth opportunities
You will become a core creative expert at Rise Labs and, with ambition and results, can potentially lead the entire creative direction across the whole co-founding studio 🚀
