Our platform combines livestreaming, content creation, and data-driven marketing to connect cultures and communities globally.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Social Media & Creative Content Executive to manage our social media presence, develop creative content, and support marketing initiatives across the City Explorer ecosystem. This is a fully remote role within an international team, ideal for someone who is creative, organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating regularly online.The role involves hands-on content creation, video editing, social media management, advertising coordination, and creative planning. You will work closely with management to shape content direction, ensure brand consistency, and maximise engagement across multiple platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Direction & Planning:• Understand City Explorer’s design aesthetics, brand style, and content needs• Generate creative ideas aligned with management direction and marketing goals• Identify opportunities for engaging and relevant content across platformsContent Creation & Editing:• Produce content regularly based on guidance from the management team• Create daily content from Explorers’ and Bizplorers’ livestreams, including:Highlight clips from Explorers’ livestreamsEdited long-form videos (for example refining a 1-hour stream into around 40 minutes by removing low-engagement segments)Reviewing Explorers’ tracker to identify strong content worth editingSkipping poor-quality content when necessaryParticipate in weekly review sessions to finalise contents for publishingCreate promotional posts for popular Explorer livestreamsCreate promotional posts for Bizplorer livestreamsSocial Media Management & Advertising:• Schedule, publish, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn• Sponsor and promote selected content through Ads Manager aligned with livestreamschedules and business operating hours• Monitor social media inboxes, comments, and audience engagement• Maintain consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging across platformsGeneral Creative Support:• Produce graphics, short videos, carousels, and promotional assets• Maintain organised content libraries and design assets• Collaborate with the marketing and management teams on campaigns and announcementsRequirements• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing• Strong graphic design skills and visual awareness• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)• Understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and platform algorithms• Ability to generate creative ideas independently and execute them effectively• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail• Ability to work remotely with good communication and time management skills• Reliable internet connection and comfortable working in an international remote teamWhat We Offer• Fully remote international role with long-term growth potential• Starting salary from USD 1,200 per month with performance-based increases• Opportunity to work with global creators, businesses, and livestream content• A fast-moving creative environment where your ideas can directly shape content strategy• Flexible remote working setup and collaborative international teamIf you are creative, proactive, and comfortable working remotely while producing consistent social media content, we would be happy to hear from you.
