Junior Legal and Compliance Specialist

We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Junior Legal and Compliance Specialist to join our Legal team.

With you we will:

• Monitor and enforce adherence to internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements across business functions
• Review and validate intellectual property-related materials, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and licensing agreements
• Maintain contract templates and ensure alignment with legal standards and business needs
• Define and track legal and compliance performance metrics to evaluate process efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Use KPIs to support strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts within the legal function.
• Lead or contribute to legal and compliance process optimization initiatives

Key requirements:

• A person with university degree in the field of Law
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents
• Knowledge or experience in Intellectual Property law is a strong advantage
• High level of precision and attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Strong logical and analytical thinking, with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work efficiently in dynamic environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Skilled in communication and teamwork, able to collaborate effectively across teams
• Confident in English on at least B1+/ B2 level
