Junior Legal and Compliance Specialist with knowledge of French

We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Junior Legal and Compliance Specialist with knowledge of French to join our legal team.

With you we will:

• Monitor and enforce adherence to internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements across business functions
• Review and validate intellectual property-related materials, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and licensing agreements
• Maintain contract templates and ensure alignment with legal standards and business needs
• Define and track legal and compliance performance metrics to evaluate process efficiency and risk mitigation
• Use KPIs to support strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts within the legal function
• Lead or contribute to legal and compliance process optimization initiatives

Key requirements:

• University degree in the field of Law
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents
• Knowledge or experience in Intellectual Property law is a strong advantage
• High level of precision and attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Strong logical and analytical thinking, with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work efficiently in dynamic environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Skilled in communication and teamwork, able to collaborate effectively across teams
• Confident in English and French on at least B1+/ B2 level
